How do I get access to Clottr?
Clottr is coming soon. Join the waitlist on any page and we will send you an invite. Sign up before launch and you get a founding discount on every plan, for as long as you stay subscribed. The exact discount is announced at launch.
Is Clottr free?
Yes. The free tier covers try-ons, Should I Buy checks and outfit generation, plus wardrobe and fit management, and an optional paid plan adds more. Prices are announced at public launch; the pricing page has the details.
What do I need for virtual try-on?
One full-body selfie: facing the camera, in reasonably fitted clothes, against a plain wall in even light. Clottr reuses it for every try-on, and you can replace it at any time. The try-on photo guide walks you through it step by step.
Which devices does Clottr work on?
Clottr is a mobile app for iOS and Android, with a companion browser extension for shopping on the web. All of it is coming soon.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open Profile settings and tap “Delete my data”. Your data is removed from our active systems immediately, and encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. You can also email privacy@clottr.ai. The Privacy Policy has the details.
How do I get a copy of my data?
In the app, open Profile settings and tap “Export my data”, and we email you a copy. You can also ask at privacy@clottr.ai.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel in your store account settings and no further charges are made. You drop back to the free tier, and your wardrobe, outfits and history are kept.
Is my data safe?
Your photos are used to make your try-ons and to screen them automatically for prohibited content, never to train AI, and your data is never sold. Read about your privacy in plain language and how we protect it.
How do I report a bug or send feedback?
Email support@clottr.ai with your phone model, the app version, what you did and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot. Feature ideas are welcome too: we read everything ourselves.
